1. Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are electronic vouchers that can be purchased online and sent to someone special via email or printed at home.

• Available in fixed Rand values (e.g. R200)
• Purchases will be deducted from the voucher balance until the amount reaches zero
• Balances shown on the Cozy Little Cubz system are final and binding
• Valid for 36 months from the date of purchase

2. Voucher Restrictions

• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotional vouchers
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission
• Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed on www.cozylittlecubz.co.za 

Purchases made with a marketing or promotional voucher cannot be refunded in cash. We will either reinstate the used voucher with an extended expiry date or issue a replacement voucher in accordance with our returns policy.
